US Interactive became a partner of Vantive Corporation in 1998 and since then US Interactive has performed over 25 installations of the Vantive CRM system for communication industry clients around the world. Many of these installations involved the integration of Vantive with industry leading billing systems such as Portal and Kenan. These integrations provided our clients unique functionality for their customer management requirements. US Interactive also developed extensions, branded as TelcoCare, to the standard Vantive CRM product to support business models and processes specific to communications service providers
