Solution architecture has the essential plumbing that allows your applications to provide a single view of the customer, regardless of the backend systems that you use. The flow through architecture of this solution helps optimize the customer facing Business Processes by eliminating slack in time and resources. The solution comprises of following components:

Integration Engine

It provides the integration infrastructure that helps deliver a single, comprehensive information network. The integration is focussed around business process automation. Business processes are graphically defined, easily changed and customizable by the user, and carried out though controlled information flow across business systems. It also provides a complete EAI for communication delivery, connectivity and data transformation, thus integrating all backend systems. The integration server integrates all applications using a robust set of Connectors by standardizing the application data format (XML) and exchanging with backend systems.

Business Layer & Presentation Layer

These two layers together form the Web Infrastructure. It allows you to model, build and deploy e-business applications. By definition, e-business (Front Office) applications are web-enabled and contain features that enable them to be rapidly deployed.

With these layers of Web Infrastructure you take eBusiness application development further, by defining and modeling user interactions that make up your application in form of Visual Flows. Each Visual Flow contains one or more Visual Forms that step a user through a logical business process. For example, you might create a single Visual Flow to log a user in or to process an order.

These two layers leverage all Business Processes that have been modeled, created and implemented using Integration Server into a complete eBusiness solution with minimal effort without any custom coding in Java/servlets/JSPs/EJBs or otherwise.

Management Framework

It allows administrators to deploy and configure various integration components across the enterprise. It provides Real-time Analysis capabilities to gather, analyze and respond to process information and related business metrics—providing process feedback data to help business managers optimize enterprise operations.

Run Time Services

Common run-time services for reliability and scalability of all business processes. These services guarantee load balancing, fail over and the seamless functioning of all components.

Highlights & Benefits

Graphical Business Process modeling allow business analysts to take control of business operations across the extended enterprise. Model-driven execution of business processes enables business people to change business processes dynamically.
A key feature is the separation of business process definition from back-end integration and system issues. Business people best understand their business and they must be the ones who "build" and manage business processes—not programmers. This separation allows the business analyst, not the programmer, to focus on the important work of designing business rules to solve specific business issues. Such separation also enables a "plug-and-play" architecture— an insulation layer that allows back-end systems to be changed without changing business processes, and vice-versa.
A robust and flexible framework to abstract eBusiness logic and application data. The framework includes a powerful and configurable workflow engine, which ties workflow and Process automation.
The GUI tool allows the creation of complete eBusiness Application. It allows modeling of Visual flows based on user interactions and content. One models the visual form (including actions, post-conditions and target screen) and capture visual form events and data graphically.
A unique framework supporting both HTTP and WAP interactions.
Template driven architecture of presentation layer allows customizations to user interface and user interactions with minimal effort.
Graphical user interface of Management infrastructure provides global control and visibility of the total Business Process environment from a single location.
Features of high performance, Load balancing, Scalability and Fail over support mission-critical eBusiness.
